I Need A Video Card That Can Run Dual Moniters, And Play Games At A Decent Resolution. Any Ideas?

I use a dell ultra sharp 24″ lcd in tandem with a 17″ ultra sharp dell. My video card on my pc however is burnt out and I have had my laptop connected to my moniter for the past week. What would be a good replacement? Anyone have any ideas of what kinda card i should get for a pretty cheap price that could play games at a decent resolution and handle dual moniters with ease? Under 150 or so would be good, but ill take any suggestions.

Buying A Cheap Laptop That Can Still Perform. Stuck Between Hp And Toshiba?

I’m a student so it is mainly going to be just internet and word processor. I am debating about maybe a graphic card upgrade in case i decide to put a game or two on it later. I don’t really know which company to go for, i want it to last. I’ve been told to steer clear of gateway and dell so I think I have it narrowed down to Toshiba, HP or Acer. I don’t know who makes a more reliable product. As far as processors go, is Intel better then the AMD?

Macbook Or Dell For College Student… That Is The Question.?

I am starting college this fall and I need a laptop. I’ve been drooling over macs for a really long time. I want one REALLY bad but I’m not sure if it will satisfy my needs. I will buy Office for it. My other option is a Dell. The one I’m looking at is called Studio 17. With all of the features they are going to be about the same price. Macbook a little more expensive. Anyway, what do you think?

Can I Copy Sections Of A Cd That Hi School Football Games Were Recorded On And Burn Them To A Dvd?

I have a new Dell laptop which came with a program called Sonic Digital Media. I am familiar with Pinnacle Studio 9. They seem to be similar programs. I know how to capture video from a video camera and use that info, but I don’t know how to convert some High School football video I was given on a CD. I was asked to select some different sections of each game and put those on a DVD for a kid to send out to college prospects.
I believe I can load Nero, which my wife has on her PC. There are 3 versions listed that look like they could be what might work: Nero Burning ROM 6.3.1.19, Nero StartSmart 1.0.1.24, Nero Vision Express 2.1.2.17.
I’ve just got the one CD/DVD tray on the laptop.
I’m guessing that I transfer the info to the hard drive and then burn to DVD somehow, but I’ve also got the issue of not wanting to use all of the video on the CD’s. They only want sections from each game.

Where Can I Find Stylish Backpacks That Can Fit A 17″ Laptop?

I want something that isnt supper bulky but can still fit 3 ,1 inch to 2 inch binders , a thin about 1 – 1half inch text book(spanish book) and a book that is about 2 inches(black boy book). I woulnt mind carrying a book and a binder if the back pack is kinda small.
My budget is around $70.
and perferably black or dark colors so that if it gets dirty it doesnt show as much as a white back back would.
I dont care if its is on the internet i have tried looking for some but i keep on finding huge bulky back packs that have to much space more then i need.
my jansport back pack can hold all my things (except for my laptop) with out getting too bulky but my jansport back pack is not wide enough to fit my laptop and i am afraid to even atempt to put my laptop in it because it might get damaged.

My Dell Studio 17 Uses A Wireless Card That Automatically Finds Wifi Networks So I Can Use The Internet..?

it’s a dell studio 17 laptop which i got near the beginning of this year, and i always used the built-in wireless wifi catcher to connect to a network and use the internet, but last night, it stopped working. I ran,” diagnose and repair” on the network symbol and it gave two options to do, to either reset the network adapter, or to get a new IP setting, i tried both but it said neither seemed to solve the problem. the computer also said, ” This computer has limited or no connectivity.” i don’t understand computers much, so i am not sure what to do. When i attempt to connect to a wireless or linksys network, it will connect, but it will not provide internet like it used to yesterday. What’s going on and what should i do?
