You have a corrupted version of XP on the disk and it cant recongise it.

Please check if the CD U r using is clean and not scratched
if it is clean there may be a problem with your CDROM drive it self
try anther CD even if not original if the problem exist Try to get an external CD Drive

The disk probably has a scratch on it. The scratch could be very small that you can’t see it. You could try cleaning the disk as it may have a dust particle stuck on it. If that fails you can buy a CD/DVD repair kit that might fix it.
If all the above fails, you might have to purchase another disk, or borrow the same OS disk from someone.
