Acer are really a value brand, that’s the reason this is so cheap. The brilliant thing is the laptop doesn’t look, feel cheap. It’s a really good build quality, nothing flimsy and the way it opens is brilliant (you will see what I mean if you get it).
Put loads of stuff on my lappy and it’s still going strong, the best quality laptops in my experience are HP and this is the sort of laptop HP would be happy to sell…but they would add another couple hundred quid on top.

I might have a rogue one but this “wireless” laptop only connects to the internet via a cable! It is slower than my old one and has to be switched on, then off, then on again to get started. I can only get technical help late on Fridays because they work 9 to 5, as I do, so the process of sorting it out takes weeks.
I bought this product recently, but had problems with starting it. I would have to knock it off and start again, every thing I tried to put it right failed, so I phoned the help line, they told me to remove the battery and it would work first time, which it did, the first time, but after that, same problem.
So, I phoned them back and they had me send it back to them, and within about 5 days I had it back and it has been going fine since.
I am happy with it now, but unhappy I had to send back a new product I had had only a week old.
